To access AgilaBet, customers must first complete the registration and verification process by providing their accurate full name, a valid email address, and the correct mobile phone number. If any information provided is found to be incorrect or insufficient, AgilaBet reserves the right to close the account immediately. Additionally, AgilaBet maintains the right to close customer accounts at any time without explanation, and any remaining account balance will be refunded to the customer. It is important to note that funds deposited in the account will not accrue any interest. Customers can withdraw funds from their accounts at any time, provided the payment has been confirmed. AgilaBet strictly enforces a one-account policy per customer; opening multiple accounts is not allowed. Should AgilaBet suspect that a customer has multiple accounts, it reserves the right to freeze or close the accounts at its discretion, with the customer forfeiting all bonuses and being liable for any damages or expenses caused by fraudulent activities. Customers are prohibited from acting on behalf of others, depositing funds from criminal activities, or using their accounts for illegal purposes, including money laundering. They must also ensure the confidentiality of their account and password. Any online bets made with the customer’s account are considered valid, and if personal information is suspected to be compromised, AgilaBet should be notified immediately to update details. Furthermore, customers must not allow third parties to use their login information and are responsible for any consequences arising from such unauthorized use, including compensating AgilaBet for any resulting damages and protecting it from any losses.
